Prices DO  NOT include shipping, insurance, and any other charges, they will
be quoted separately.
Continental US orders are shipped via UPS Ground only. Alaska orders are
shipped via UPS Ground if allowed or 2nd Day Air. Hawaii orders are shipped
via UPS 2nd Day Air only. All foreign orders may be shipped via UPS Worldwide
Expedited, or mail. Canadian orders are shipped UPS Ground if available. In some
cases it is best to ship via US Air Parcel Post. I will let you know which way is
best. Unless other arrangements are made.

No shipments will be made using FedEx.

Any tracking numbers will be sent when the order is shipped.

All orders for instruments shipped via UPS will now be sent as "Adult Signature Required".
Be sure that someone will be able to sign for the package upon arrival.

Before ANY order is processed, a payment must be received. 

North Carolina residents must include  7%  state sales tax.

All items carry a seven day return privilege. Shipping is NOT refundable. 

Returned Items must be received  in the same condition as sent before 
a refund is issued.

A order will be held for 7 days pending the arrival of your Certified check, 
Cashiers check, Official Bank Check, or Money Order.  When payment
by CERTIFIED check, Cashiers check, Official Bank Check, or Money Order
is received then I will ship the next business day.      

A Personal Check, or Company Check is ok, but it must clear the bank first. 
I allow 11 working days for a personal or company check to clear prior to shipping.,
this includes Visa Checks or similar type of checks.

Please make the check in the exact amount of the quoted cost.
If it is over that amount the check will be returned. Unless prior
arrangements have been made to do so. I will not refund the
difference between the quoted cost and the overage.

For foreign orders: Only a Cashiers Check, Certified Bank Check,
Official Bank Check, or International Money Order in US Dollars 
drawn against a US Bank is acceptable. I reserve the right to allow
time for the check to clear the bank, usually 11 days. Cash payment
may also be wired through Western Union. When doing that please
immediately send the transaction number via email.

I do not accept any Credit Cards, Pay Pal, Wire transfers to my account,
or third party checks.

I will not ship to Dubai, Indonesia, Nigeria, or Singapore.
I can't accept any credit card payments, let alone fraudulent
ones, so please don't bother asking. I reserve the right to
refuse to sell to anyone from out of the United States.
