Prices DO  NOT include shipping, insurance, and any other charges, they will
be quoted separately. The minimum for shipping and handling
is $25.00 plus $6.00 for delivery confirmation
"Adult Signature Required"  any instrument will ship that way.

Continental US orders are shipped via UPS Ground only. Alaska orders are
shipped via UPS Ground if allowed or 2nd Day Air. Hawaii orders are shipped
via UPS Ground or 2nd Day Air

Tracking numbers will be sent when the order is shipped.

All orders for instruments will be sent as
"Adult Signature Required".
Some other items may be shipped "Adult Signature Required"
or "Signature required".
Please be sure that someone will be able to sign for the package
upon its arrival.

If UPS leaves a package on your Porch or other place that is your responsibility, I will not be responsible for missing items that have
been delivered. Please keep a watch on the UPS Tracking Number

Before ANY order is processed, a payment must be received. 
North Carolina residents must include  7%  state sales tax.

All items carry a seven day return privilege except tripods and parts. Shipping is NOT refundable. 
Returned Items must be received in the same condition as sent before a refund is issued.
 

For Tripods  there are NO REFUNDS after the sale so please make sure this is something that you want and be very sure the thread size is correct for your instrument prior to purchasing.

I'm very sorry UPS shipping costs have nearly doubled or more. Although there are other shipping methods at leaser cost. I have had considerable losses with FedEx and the US Postal Service so I will not ship with them.
The cost of shipping a tripod will be nearly $80.00 or possibly more.
ALL TRIPOD SALES ARE FINAL............... No refunds allowed.

Please be serious about buying before you email me for a quote.
It can take a lot of time to quote shipping and that time is a total loss
if you don't follow through. Shipping is expensive so be aware.

Please email your request. I will advise the final cost including shipping.

A order will be held for 7 days pending the arrival of your Certified check, 
Cashiers check, Official Bank Check, or Money Order.  When payment
by CERTIFIED check, Cashiers check, Official Bank Check, or Money Order
is received then I will ship the next business day     
A receipt will be sent with the order at time of shipment.

Company, Corporate, and Government Orders:
Sorry no Open Accounts or Sales on Purchase Orders, I have no means
to process credit cards  No sales on government contracts.

Please make the money order in the exact amount of the quoted cost. Unless prior arrangements have been made to do so I will not refund the difference between the quoted
cost and the overage. I do not accept any Checks Credit Cards, Pay Pal, Wire
Transfers to my account, third party checks, or counterfeit checks.

Please, no foreign orders, no exceptions.
I will only ship to United States addresses.
